SUBJECT TO CHANGE celebrates the work of Mia Phillips and Libby King, made during their residency at Mint Art House through the LEVEL UP program. We have a habit of treating things as though they’re permanent. Yet nature has never been particularly interested in staying the same, and neither, it seems, have we. From the environments and experiences that shape us, Subject to Change considers how both the natural world and our understanding of ourselves are constantly shifting, questioning our tendency to hold onto things as though they’re fixed. A reflection on the familiar, the unpredictable and the possibility that what we think we know might only be true for now. Come along, meet the artists and see what nine months of making looks like. All welcome. Free entry. Proudly sponsored by Konpira Maru and Balter. Exhibition opening night: Saturday 24 October, 6-9pm. Gallery viewing: Saturday 21 November, 10 - 2pm.
