Trivia Night at Bine | New Crew Takes on Trivia!
After coming in second on our first shot, it's only right that we have a run at doing even better this time! Tuesday night means trivia at Bine Bar in Nobby's, and New Crew is getting a team together! Here's the deal. I'll organise the table, you just turn up. We're putting together a crew for an evening of questionable answers, friendly competition, a few drinks and hopefully a whole lot of laughs. No need to know anyone beforehand. No need to bring your own team. And absolutely no requirement to actually be good at trivia. Whether you're a walking encyclopaedia or someone who thinks the capital of France is croissant, there's a place for you. When: Tuesday 27 October 2026. Meet: 6:30pm for a 7pm trivia start. Where: Bine Bar & Dining, Nobby Beach. Cost: Food and drinks are your own. Bonus: $6 tacos all night! Note: Parking can be a challenge in the area, so allow time for that. I'll coordinate the team and organise our table booking. Just RSVP and come along. If we get enough people, we'll put together multiple teams and see which New Crew table comes out on top. Join us for an evening of amazing food, great drinks, games, and trivia! The questions are fun – not hard – and will take you back through all the best bits. Don’t worry, there’ll be some head-scratchers in there to separate the winners from the rest. Grab some dinner, drinks, and check the venue out before settling in for questions, games, and fun. You and your squad can win some killer prizes! This event is hosted by Australia’s themed trivia experts, Grape Vine Events. We’ve rebuilt, rewritten, and reformatted our trivia decks for a bigger, better trivia experience. There are now 40 questions over 5 rounds, new activities, and new ways to win! Remember to reserve a free ticket for each of the people participating. The tables are unallocated, so ensure you arrive with your group! Please head directly to the lounge bar area downstairs in Currumbin RSL. You can order food and drinks from the table ordering beacon, or head to the bar or restaurant to order. If this event is marked as ‘sold out’ please do not hesitate to join the waitlist. We make additional tables available closer to the event. Wednesday Night Quizzame Trivia
We meet most Wednesday nights for trivia and socialising. (Also keep an eye out for trivia at Varsity Lakes every month or so.) QuizzaMe hosts the trivia at Mermaid Beach Tavern. The questions start at 7pm. QuizzaMe Trivia is something different. Each team gets a buzzer to select answers. The quicker we answer the more points we get. This means live score updates and no need to wait for pieces of paper to be marked. Come and check it out for a fun mid-week get-together. Please ensure you update your RSVP (if you can't make it) as we aim to book a table for the correct amount of people.

We meet every Wednesday at the Yacht Club to meet new folk and the regulars to have a natter over a coffee or tea or lemonade or water. Our aim is to create friendships.
