Natsu with OKAERI

Join us as we return to Vacant Assembly for Natsu with OKAERI — a month-long celebration of Japanese craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the everyday beauty of objects made to last. Explore a carefully curated collection of handcrafted Japanese homewares, traditional ceramics, paper lamps, incense, tea wares, matcha accessories, and unique gifts, sourced directly from skilled makers across Japan. Alongside returning favourites, this year's pop-up will feature a range of exciting new pieces making their Brisbane debut. Whether you're discovering OKAERI for the first time or returning after a previous visit, we invite you to slow down, browse at your own pace, and learn the stories behind the crafts and artisans who create them. Designed to be enjoyed for a lifetime, each piece in the collection is functional and intended for you to cherish and enjoy every day. To celebrate the Australian summer, we'll also be serving complimentary cold-brewed Japanese green tea and iced filter coffee throughout the event. Event times: Sat Nov 7 - Sun Nov 29. Opening hours: Friday 10am - 4pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm. Contact: 0411 960 849.
