Join us during National Carers Week 2026 for a special walk through Brisbane City Council’s Outdoor Gallery exhibition, AMPLIFY ME! AMPLIFY ME! is an exhibition celebrating local artists with lived experience of disability, showcasing powerful creative voices across Brisbane’s Outdoor Gallery. Meet the artists and curator behind AMPLIFY ME! as we explore selected works from this exhibition, honouring neurodivergent perspectives in contemporary art. Listen to insights into their practice and process directly from the artists, and hear from curator Nicole Crosswell about the development of AMPLIFY ME! and the significance of centring lived experience within Brisbane’s Outdoor Gallery program. Take a leisurely walk, hear personal stories and gain a deeper understanding of how creativity and self-expression can help amplify perspectives within the community.
