Vietnamese Cooking Class

Vietnam – Fresh, Fragrant & Full of Flavour Vietnamese cuisine is one of the world's most vibrant and exciting cuisines, celebrating fresh herbs, crisp vegetables, fragrant spices and the perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavours. Join us around the kitchen bench as we journey through Vietnam, preparing dishes that are as colourful as they are delicious. Together we'll master the art of crispy Bánh Xèo, create a refreshing Vietnamese beef and vermicelli salad, barbecue fresh snapper to accompany a vibrant green papaya salad, and finish with a comforting dessert of coconut rice, caramelised bananas, local eweghurt and toasted nuts. These are the dishes you'll find shared around family tables and bustling street markets throughout Vietnam—simple, fresh food designed to be enjoyed together. Whether you've travelled to Vietnam, dream of visiting one day, or simply love fresh, healthy food bursting with flavour, this hands-on class will transport your taste buds straight to Southeast Asia. Come hungry, bring your sense of adventure, and we'll take care of the rest.
