Ecstatic Dance Mullumbimby

Weekly ecstatic dance on Fridays, 7:30 to 9 pm at St Johns Hall Mullumbimby with Dj Lo Qi. Price 25. Tickets essential. Three simple guidelines: We dance barefoot. This allows us to connect more fully with the ground. Socks are OK, and dance shoes are fine if a physical condition calls for them. We dance without words. This makes it easier to be in a meditative state. No verbal instruction from the facilitators, no talking from the dancers. We dance sober, as we are. No drugs or alcohol, no phones or cameras, no scents. Just be yourself, with respect for ourselves, the space and one another.
